With the SWEEP admin system, the Telstra Marketing team can easily maintain their physical assets across multiple storage centres, and manage distribution and return of items as promotions roll out across Australia.

Admin users can add new assets or retire old ones, build up shipment packing slips and automatically notify users when assets are due to be returned. An at-a-glance dashboard provides asset managers with crucial information: dates of current and future events, items due to be shipped, items due to be returned and overdue returns.

We sat down with Telstra to really understand the core of the issues they were facing, and together worked towards a solution to solve them as well as allow for future requirements.
