OzHarvest wanted a fun, engaging way for the public to show their support for their food waste awareness drive and capture details for future marketing campaigns.
Volunteers and brand ambassadors roamed the site on the day, with life size props in hand inviting the public to have a chat and share their thoughts. Users received their photo via email and were encouraged to share on social media to spread the positive message.
The initiative resulted in increased data capture and growth opportunity for the OzHarvest team.
