Lyn has worked to build Raw Ideas from humble beginnings into a growing dynamic web and production company. Lyn’s background as an accountant & solicitor means that she gets to oversee business, financial and project management for all clients, delivering high or beyond expectations at all times, and making sure that all stages of any project - from initial concept to completion - are transparent to the client.

Tino joined us as our Program Manager in 2005 and has been a constant energetic member of our team. His technical knowledge is outstanding - gained from his years of experience as one of the founders of his own web agency in Berlin and a desire to exceed best programming practices. A skilled object-oriented software architect with impressive database knowledge specialising in both web and stand-alone applications, Tino has helped develop applications now embedded in major software packages used throughout Europe and Australia.

With a diverse career in the IT industry – ranging from Wall Street financial institutions to major record labels in New York and London – Scott brings a wealth of experience to Raw Ideas.   In addition to years of experience managing projects (he is a certified PMI Project Management Professional), Scott maintains a hands-on approach with software development and enjoys interacting with clients to develop system solutions to meet their business requirements.

Multi-talented, Dacien has a strong love for web technologies, software design and broadcast production. He co-manages Raw Ideas and loves keeping us up to date with all the latest technologies and online advances.  He brings a unique skill set and perspective to projects. For clients including Seven Network, Telstra, Hybrid TV and more, he’s shown how new technologies ranging from custom social media to unique video integration can be used to grow and improve existing business practices.

Joining us in 2009, Tom wasted no time in demonstrating his extensive XHTML, JavaScript and CSS skills. Working closely with our designer, he has pushed the boundaries of modern web development practises to offer attractive and functional user interfaces. Tom heads our front-end development team, but by regularly getting involved in the development process he ensures that he is always up to date with the latest technologies, while remaining familiar with all aspects of the projects he delivers.
