Hybrid Television Services, the exclusive licensee for TiVo media devices in Australia and New Zealand, required an interactive addition to their existing TiVo website that allowed TiVo consumers to manage their TiVo accounts directly from the web.

In response, Raw Ideas developed ‘TiVo My Account’ to enable consumers to easily activate their TiVo devices, manage their account details and monitor their CASPA™ On-Demand usage, all from an intuitive and engaging user Dashboard.

Since its initial launch in 2009, Raw Ideas has assisted Hybrid with various upgrades and enhancements to My Account, including the development and launch of the New Zealand version of My Account. We also continue to provide technical monitoring and support.
