The Brief

Cohort Digital maintained a consumer questionnaire website that enabled them to generate leads for their clients.  Whilst highly successful, maintaining the site was difficult – as both database and website design changes were required whenever questions were modified or added to the survey.

Cohort Digital sought a solution that allowed them to:

  • Make changes to surveys without involving database or website changes
  • Easily create new surveys to allow them to increase the number of websites hosting the surveys
  • Expand into new territories/countries
  • Automate the lead generation process
  • Migrate their existing consumer data into the new system

Solution

After meeting with Cohort Digital to define the requirements for the new system, Raw Ideas designed a Lead Generation System to fulfil these requirements featuring:

  • A flexible survey creation mechanism that allows Cohort Digital to define new questions, revise existing surveys and create new multi-page surveys.
  • Advanced CRM management modules that enable Cohort Digital to define sets of criteria that are used to automatically convert consumers into valuable leads for their clients.
  • Integration with a third-party email system.
  • Integration with external web services.
  • Reporting and data management tools to provide automatic reporting on lead conversions.

Upon implementation of the new Lead Generation System, Cohort Digital was immediately able to launch several new websites with new consumer questionnaires.

They are currently in the process of expanding their lead generating sites into the European market.
