Hybrid TV launched their CASPA On-Demand platform in 2009, an entertainment on demand service delivering a wide range of movies, TV and music direct to customer’s TiVo media devices.
Given our understanding and experience with TiVo® systems, Raw Ideas was engaged by Hybrid to build the Billing system, an integral component of the CASPA On-Demand platform.
The system was designed as the premier payment system for Hybrid TV which allows customers to link their credit card to their TiVo My Account, enable PIN protection, initiate purchases, as well as manage and track their spending on the CASPA platform and provide Hybrid with dynamic reporting and reconciliation data.
The CASPA Billing platform is not only a gatekeeper for the CASPA CMS, but integrates seamlessly into the larger whole, connecting and passing data between multiple custom-built internal systems.
